Cedro Distribution LLC was founded in 2017 to solve a problem every growing restaurant group hits: quality gets harder to keep consistent with every new location. Prep that works in one kitchen becomes five different versions in five kitchens.
Our answer was centralization. One commissary producing the core menu items, one warehouse holding supplies, one fleet delivering it all on schedule — so each restaurant can focus on serving customers.
As Tropical Juice Bar grew from a single store to ten locations across New Jersey, Cedro grew with it — adding production capacity, refrigerated delivery routes, and eventually a direct-import program bringing custom packaging in by the container.
Today Cedro supplies 13 locations on four standing routes, is the preferred vendor for every Tropical Juice Bar location and for all three Caribbean Station locations, and offers its import logistics experience to other restaurant companies.
